Highly gastronomic, the culinary argan oil of straw-yellow colour, is considered the noblest of the table oils by refined gourmets. With a subtle hazelnut taste and a beautiful smoothness, culinary argan oil is prepared from roasted almonds, which gives it a darker colour than cosmetic argan oil. Our argan oil is prepared directly by cold pressing of fresh almonds. It is made in a traditional stone-grindstone manner, which allows it to retain all its power and medicinal properties.

“Rich in vitamin E and oleic-linoleic fats, argan oil contains 80% unsaturated fatty acids. This is scientifically proven to reduce the risk of heart attack by reducing the level of bad cholesterol. In fact, a study has shown that a daily consumption of about 25g of dietary argan oil induces a significant decrease in triglycerides, which are fatty acids, risk factors for cardiovascular disease when their concentration increases in the blood. This intake of argan oil also has the effect of increasing the level of HDL-C (good cholesterol) in the blood. It is therefore recommended a daily consumption of 16 mg of argan oil, or 2 tablespoons, replacing other resources of saturated fatty acids: animal fats, butter, … »
