Medicinal virtues : Mint in general, is a plant with well-known digestive properties. It is indeed very effective in cases of bloating (aerophagia), stomach aches, nausea or motion sickness. But the benefits of mint don’t stop there, since it can help protect the body by fighting against free radicals responsible among other things for cellular ageing. In addition, mint is antiseptic (it fights infections), analgesic (against pain) and anti-inflammatory.

Moroccan Mint (mentha spicata in Latin / nanah in Moroccan) is a mint with a very sweet fragrance, particularly well suited for the preparation of mint tea. Its sweetness allows it to be used in gastronomy in many dishes as a starter, with desserts, in salads, tabbouleh, confectionery, ice cream and various sweets.

It is used to flavour many drinks such as syrups, fruit juices, but also liqueurs, aperitifs, it is used in the composition of many cocktails.
